He was exempted from the final examinations for his undergraduate degree in law due to his high academic performance.
He has advised clients in the preparation and review of contracts, internal labor regulations, assessment and payment of social benefits, compensation for unfair dismissal, and also in matters relating to the general pension system, including the management disability pensions, old age and survivors.
He has participated in the design of variable remuneration strategies and structures in the definition of non-traditional employment relationship.
Before joining the firm he worked in the Labor Chamber of the Superior Court of Medellin and in the Department of Human Development at the University EAFIT.
He has been part of “Derecho y Poder” and “Derecho y Economía” research groups at Universidad EAFIT.
